The boy is very sexually charged. He continues to rub his genitals in the presence of other people. The brother keeps on grabbing the girl's hips. He has a history of trying to kiss his sister and forcing himself onto her (once his mom found him laying on top of his sister trying to kiss her. Another time she found him under the covers trying to kiss her). He has been told repeatedly by his parents and me that such behavior is unacceptable; yet he continues to do so. He knows it's wrong because he lies and tries to hide it from everybody. The girl is pretty victimized. She refuses to discuss it. Please help me with this situation. Loading...
